Buyer tools- I go above and beyond the basics when I list your home. I will install an information box with flyers in front of your home plus create a full color buyer brochure for inside your home. This includes detailed information about your home, interior and exterior color pictures of your home, survey, disclosures, township information, etc. so that a buyer is fully informed of the features your home offers. Negotiating power- my years of experience and extensive knowledge of the real estate market gives my sellers an edge when it comes to getting the best deal. I will also assist any real estate agent who shows your home in overcoming any objections his/her client may have. All client opinions, both positive & negative, will be conveyed to you in writing in a weekly report along with other activity in your subdivision and/or township.
Personal care- if your home becomes vacant, I will see to it that it's winterized (if necessary), maintained and inspected weekly.
I will personally handle all of the details of the closing for you as well. This includes ordering title insurance, survey, deed and affidavit, mortgage payoff (s)(if any) as well as arranging all inspections.
